VACUACTIVUS as fitness and spa equipment manufacturer warrants all new products to be free from defects in materials and manufacture for the warranty periods set forth below. The warranty periods commence on the invoice date of the original purchase. This warranty applies only against defects discovered within the warranty period and extends only to the original purchaser of the product. Parts repaired or replaced under the terms of this warranty will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period only. To claim under this warranty, the buyer must notify Manufacturer or your authorized VACUACTIVUS Distributor within 30 days after the date of discovery of any nonconformity and make the a ected product available for inspection by Manufacturer or its service representative. Manufacturer’s obligations under this warranty are limited as set forth below.
All VACUACTIVUS products carry a standard one (1) year manufacturers warranty that covers the body, motors, and parts. Additionally, customers can get option with unlimited after warranty service.

Warranty Claim Process
- Notify the manufacturer or authorized distributor within 30 days of discovering any nonconformity.

- Damage due to misuse or improper handling: Including operation contrary to intended purpose, mechanical damage, or failure to follow proper maintenance procedures.
- Force majeure events: Fire, flood, lightning, or other natural disasters.
- Unauthorized modifications: Changes, repairs, or installations made by non-authorized personnel.
- Wear-and-tear items: Cords, plugs, switches, batteries, belts, skirts, rolls, pedals, jets, decorative strips, mats, and other consumables subject to normal usage.
- Cosmetic issues or consumable goods: Scratches, scuffs, or non-functional aesthetic items.
- Exclusions due to negligence: Noncompliance with manuals, improper cleaning, or operation in unsuitable environments (e.g., extreme humidity or temperature).
- Specific exclusions: Software updates, defects not affecting core functionality, rust or corrosion, missing/altered serial numbers, and third-party damages.
- Non-standard parts: Equipment fitted with unauthorized or non-OEM parts.
- Service-related costs: Pickup, delivery, and labor costs beyond the warranty period are excluded.
Warranty Void Conditions
The warranty is void if:
- The defect arises from mechanical, thermal, or chemical damage caused by the user.
- Non-compliant manuals, cleaning methods, or incompatible consumables are used.
- The equipment is subject to deliberate misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation.
- The product is operated in unsuitable environments or outside its intended purpose.

Those who do produce false information on our equipment, will be liable for all or any statements regarding healthcare futures and benefits of equipment that are provided to clients.

How Can I Return a Product I Purchased?
At Elite Holistic Fitness, we are committed to ensuring that all our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases and the customer service we provide. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs incurred to and from your location, even if the item was marked "Free Shipping."
