We are Matt and Jaime Komer. We competed at the top level in sport for years, then spent the decade afterwards learning what actually keeps a body working.
How We Got Here
After retiring from our athletic careers we went deep into health and wellness, looking for what genuinely helps people last, recover and feel like themselves again. What we found was that the best equipment in the world sits with dozens of separate specialist suppliers, and that almost nobody will talk you through how the pieces fit together in one room. So we built Elite Holistic Fitness & Wellness as a family business, and stocked it with the equipment we wanted for ourselves.
The range now covers cardio and strength, pilates, infrared saunas, cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen, red light therapy, PEMF, lymphatic compression and EMF protection. Everything is chosen on three things: how it is built, how well the manufacturer stands behind it after the sale, and whether it still looks right in a room you actually live or work in. Whether you are training for something, coming back from an injury, or simply intent on ageing well, we would rather help you buy the right piece once than sell you three.

Training is one part of it. We carry a wide range of recovery, lymphatic flow, red light, hot / cold therapy and longevity products.
We Handle The Hard Part
Freight, scheduling, white glove delivery and setup support on the larger installations. We stay involved until the equipment is in the room and working.

Who We Build For
Some of our customers are athletes and plenty have never set foot in a competitive environment. We work with busy professionals fitting recovery around a full schedule, with people rebuilding after an injury, and with anyone who has decided that longevity is worth spending money on properly.
We also work with businesses. Gyms, pilates studios, recovery lounges, med spas, chiropractic and physical therapy clinics, hotels and corporate wellness rooms come to us to specify and fit out a space. Those projects are drawn up as a whole room and quoted as a single build, with financing available if you would rather spread the cost.
