Standard delivery is free on most US orders and any freight charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Parcel items move within a couple of working days. Large units go out on a pallet, and we book the delivery window with you rather than leaving it to the carrier.

Parcel items move within one to three business days. Anything on a pallet gets a scheduling call first, so the delivery lands on a day someone is there to receive it. Built to order units carry a lead time that we confirm in writing before you pay.

Curbside is standard on freight. White glove placement is offered on the bigger units, and we stay involved until the equipment is in the room and working.

Inspect the shipment before the driver leaves and tell us straight away. Anything that arrives broken is replaced, and anything under the manufacturer warranty is claimed for you rather than handed back with a phone number.

Returns and exchanges run under our Return and Refund Policy. Get in touch before sending anything back so the return can be booked properly, particularly on freight items.

Send us your room dimensions and what you want to get out of it. We come back with two or three options that genuinely fit, and we will tell you when something smaller does the same job.

Almost certainly, but measure first. We check the crated size against your narrowest doorway, stairwell or lift before the order leaves us. Freight that cannot get into the building is an expensive afternoon for everybody.

It depends on the unit. Plenty of what we carry plugs into a standard outlet, while larger chambers, beds and cabins want a dedicated circuit. Ask us for the electrical requirements before you order and we will send them.

Some products are built for facility duty cycles and some are made for a household. We will tell you plainly which one it is, and if you are fitting out a studio or clinic we can quote the whole room as a package.

Cardio and strength, pilates, infrared saunas, cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen, red light therapy, PEMF, lymphatic compression and EMF protection. Everything is chosen on how it is built, how well the maker stands behind it after the sale, and whether it still looks right in a room you live or work in.

Yes. We work with commercial lenders who can turn an application around inside a day, and the opening check is a soft pull with no effect on your credit. Terms stretch from short instalment plans to multi year leases on business purchases. See the options.

Send us the link within 30 days of your order and we refund the difference, as long as it is an authorised retailer selling the same item in stock. Full terms on the Price Match Guarantee page.

Yes. If our own website lists a lower price for the same item within 90 days of your purchase, email us the link and we refund the difference.

Full manufacturer coverage on everything we sell, with claims managed by us on your behalf. Manuals, documentation and registration details are supplied with the unit, and spare parts and servicing run through the same route.

Yes. Send through a floor plan or a few photos and tell us what you want the space to do. Most of our commercial work is quoted as a complete build rather than line by line.

Regularly. Pilates studios, recovery lounges, med spas, chiropractic and physical therapy clinics, hotels and corporate wellness rooms. Those projects are drawn up as a whole room and quoted as a single build, with financing available if you would rather spread the cost.
