Return and Refund Policy

Returns & Cancellations

At Elite Holistic Fitness, your well-being and satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do. While we carefully select premium wellness equipment and recovery products, we understand that sometimes a return or cancellation may be necessary.

We encourage all customers to review product details carefully before ordering, as some manufacturers and items have restrictions on returns.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Large equipment

  • Custom or made-to-order products

These items are still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, meaning defective parts will be repaired or replaced according to warranty terms. If your item is shipped via freight, it is fully insured against shipping damage. As long as our shipping & receiving policy is followed, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you if damage occurs in transit.


How to Return Eligible Products

If your product qualifies for a return:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged

If these conditions are not met, we cannot process a refund.


Important Return Details

  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee + return shipping

  • A 3% processing fee applies to refunds on credit card transactions

  • You must use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance—we cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking


Cancellation Policy

Because many of our items ship directly from manufacturers, cancellations must be made quickly.

  • Within 3 hours of placing your order: Contact us immediately to cancel. If the order hasn’t been processed or shipped, you’ll receive a full refund minus a 3% processing fee.

  • After processing or shipment: Orders may only be cancelled by refusing delivery or returning the product (if eligible). Standard return shipping, restocking fees, and the 3% processing fee will apply.


Refund Processing

Refunds are issued once your returned product has been received and inspected by our warehouse team. We’ll notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
