FAQ's
What is the Power Plate my5?
The Power Plate my5 is a premium whole-body vibration training platform designed for home gyms, personal training studios, and wellness facilities. It uses PrecisionWave™ vibration technology to stimulate rapid muscle contractions, helping activate muscles, improve circulation, and enhance strength, flexibility, and recovery.
How does whole-body vibration training work?
Power Plate platforms produce controlled mechanical vibrations that travel through the body while you stand or perform exercises on the platform. These vibrations trigger reflexive muscle contractions many times per second, which increases muscle activation and neuromuscular engagement during workouts.
What frequency range does the Power Plate my5 use?
The Power Plate my5 operates within a 30–40 Hz vibration frequency range, with multiple adjustable settings. This allows users to select vibration intensities suitable for recovery, flexibility training, strength workouts, or performance conditioning.

-
Increased muscle activation
-
Improved circulation

These benefits occur as vibration stimulates the body’s neuromuscular response and engages more muscle fibers during movement.

Does the Power Plate my5 include resistance cables?
Yes. The my5 includes multi-directional resistance cables that allow users to perform upper-body strength exercises such as rows, curls, and shoulder presses while benefiting from vibration stimulation.
How long is a typical vibration training session?

-
Platform dimensions: about 26" W × 21" D
