Returns and exchanges are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Get in touch before sending anything back so the return can be authorised and, where a pallet is involved, so collection is arranged properly.
Inspect the packaging while the driver is still there. Damage noted on the delivery paperwork is straightforward to put right. Damage found a week later is a great deal harder.

FAQ's
What is the Qi-Me EMF device?
The Qi-Me is a compact personal EMF protection device designed to create a small protective field around the user. It is typically carried on the body, in a bag, or placed near electronic devices to help reduce exposure to electromagnetic fields from sources like smartphones, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other wireless technologies.
How does the Qi-Me EMF device work?
The device uses Waveguard’s proprietary Qi depolarization technology, which is designed to alter or reshape electromagnetic radiation rather than block it. This approach allows wireless signals such as Wi-Fi and cellular communication to continue functioning while potentially reducing the biological stress of electromagnetic fields.
Does the Qi-Me block Wi-Fi or cell signals?
No. Qi-Me devices are designed not to block or shield wireless signals. Instead, they work by modifying the characteristics of electromagnetic waves so that Wi-Fi, cellular networks, and Bluetooth devices can continue operating normally.
What coverage area does the Qi-Me provide?
The Qi-Me typically creates a small personal protective field around the user, usually about 1 meter (around 3 feet) in radius. This makes it suitable for carrying in a pocket, bag, or placing near devices like phones or laptops.
Does the Qi-Me require power or charging?
No. The device is completely passive, meaning it does not require electricity, batteries, or charging. Once placed near you or your workspace, it operates continuously without any active power source.
How long does the Qi-Me device last?
Qi-Me devices are designed to have a long operational lifespan, often around five years, depending on usage and environment.
Where should the Qi-Me be placed?
The device can be placed:
-
In a pocket or bag
-
On a desk near computers or routers
-
On a bedside table
-
Near a laptop or phone
Manufacturers recommend placing the device at least 25 cm (about 10 inches) from strong EMF sources for optimal performance.
What types of EMF sources can it help with?
The Qi-Me is designed to be used around common modern EMF sources such as:
-
Smartphones and tablets
-
Wi-Fi routers
-
Bluetooth devices
-
Laptops and computers
-
4G / 5G cellular signals
Are there studies supporting Waveguard EMF devices?
Waveguard technology has been evaluated in various independent and commissioned studies examining biological responses to EMF exposure. Some studies reported improvements in relaxation markers and cellular responses when Qi devices were present during EMF exposure.
Who commonly uses Qi-Me devices?
Qi-Me EMF devices are commonly used by:
-
Wellness and biohacking enthusiasts
-
Individuals concerned about EMF exposure
-
Frequent travelers or remote workers
-
People working in high-tech or high-device environments
What makes Qi-Me different from larger Waveguard devices?
