Questions Before You Buy
Will this fit through my door and into the space?
Almost certainly, but measure first. We need the crated size checked against your narrowest doorway, stairwell or lift, and we run that check before the order leaves us. Freight that cannot get into the building is an expensive afternoon for everybody.
Do I need an electrician or professional installation?
It depends on the unit. Plenty of what we carry plugs into a standard outlet, while larger chambers, beds and cabins want a dedicated circuit. Ask us for the electrical requirements before you order and we will send them.
When will it arrive once I place the order?
Parcel items move within a couple of working days. Anything on a pallet gets a scheduling call first, so the delivery lands on a day someone is there to receive it. Built to order units carry a lead time that we confirm in writing before you pay.
Is this rated for commercial or studio use?
Some products are built for facility duty cycles and some are made for a household. We will tell you plainly which one this is, and if you are fitting out a studio or clinic we can quote the whole room as a package.
What happens if something is wrong after delivery?
Contact us first. Anything that arrives broken is replaced, and anything falling under the manufacturer warranty is claimed for you rather than handed back with a phone number. Spare parts and servicing run through the same route.
