Standard shipping is free on most orders inside the contiguous 48 states, and any flat rate freight charge appears at checkout before you pay. Anything too large for parcel travels on a pallet, and we call to agree a delivery window instead of leaving it to the carrier. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses or international delivery, email support@eliteholisticfitness.com for a quote.
Financing runs through our commercial lending partners and most applications are answered within a day, on a soft credit check that leaves your score alone. Terms stretch from short installment plans to multi year equipment leases for business buyers. If an authorized retailer lists this item a lower price, let us know and we'll match the price.
Returns and exchanges are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Get in touch before sending anything back so the return can be authorised and, where a pallet is involved, so collection is arranged properly.
Inspect the packaging while the driver is still there. Damage noted on the delivery paperwork is straightforward to put right. Damage found a week later is a great deal harder.

Compare vs other Pods
Dreampod get questions all the time regarding the differences between the Home Float Pro and their commercial pods, like the V2 and V-Max.People are curious about what it’s like to float inside the Home Pro, the size differences, maintenance, you name it and we’ve been asked. So we thought it best to take a moment and outline some of the differences:
The Home Float Pro was designed to fit inside your home. They’re clever like that!
So it is smaller than any of our other commercial pods. However, it’s still 7ft L x3.5ft W
There’s more than enough space for the average person to float comfortably inside, even with the cover in place. Once you’re laying inside and have found that sweet spot, you’ll be floating for hours.
The Home Float Pro is one solid piece with a cover. Whereas their commercial pods are multiple pieces and have to be disassembled to be moved into place. They designed the cover of the Home Pro to be simple and functional. It aids in maintaining the float solution’s temperature and helps in creating a sensory free environment for floating.
Just like with any float tank, there is condensation that builds up in between floats. The cover of the Home Pro makes removing the condensation extremely quick and easy so you can get to floating much faster.
