Cascade Fitness: Indoor Air Rower

I have had my rower for three weeks now and I absolutely love how quiet it is and how easy it is to use. I strongly recommend this rower if you would like to be able to watch TV while you are rowing. The best part is you can add resistance to your workout just by adjusting the dial.

Wow great rower it just my concept 2 which I loved for 7 years it still worked great nothing to take away from that machine. But this rower is so quiet I added the 5 inch riser block (a must) and set the tension to a 3 first time using it did 30 minutes what can I say great rower

I believe this is one of the best rowers I’ve used because the resistance setting provides actual resistance. I’ve tried other rowers such as the concept 2 and a water rower. As the caption describes, the cascade rower is quiet and smooth. This rower is also easy to store and takes up minimal space when propped up.
I recently had to buy replacement parts for the rower (completely my fault why the pieces broke) and the employees at Cascade were extremely helpful and nice!
Overall, great product and would highly recommend!

I very recently purchased a Cascade rower for home use. Over the course of several workouts I’ve gone about 50,000 meters and can say that it’s really smooth to use and exceptionally quiet. It’s a gym quality machine that delivers as promised.
