Align-Pilates™ Limited Lifetime Warranty
Terms of Limited Lifetime Warranty
Align-Pilates offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original owner, from the date of purchase, upon presentation of the original invoice. This warranty is for light commercial use, allowing a maximum of 27.5 hours per week of usage. Align-Pilates will repair or replace any mechanical parts that malfunction due to defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to negligence, misuse, abuse, or modification
- Scratches on the finish, tears, or indents in the upholstery
- Shipping charges, customs fees, or installation costs for repaired/replacement parts
Important:
- The warranty will be voided if springs are not replaced as specified or if safety, maintenance, and usage instructions are not followed.
- It is also void if the equipment is used for any purpose other than Pilates exercises or if subjected to unauthorized modifications.
Align-Pilates may require your product to be returned for inspection before providing a replacement or repair. Repaired or replaced parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Springs should be replaced after 3,000 hours or 2 years, whichever comes first. A 5% decrease in spring power per 1,500 hours of use is acceptable per international standards. -
Upholstery
90-day warranty
If upholstery fails due to normal use within 90 days, it will be replaced. This warranty does not cover cuts, stains, or damages caused by unreasonable use, such as wearing jewelry or inappropriate clothing.
Warranty Return Procedure:

Authorization
Call Align-Pilates or an authorized distributor for approval before returning any equipment. -
Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the equipment to Align-Pilates or the appointed distributor. Align-Pilates is not responsible for loss or damage during shipment. -
Return Freight
If Align-Pilates declines the warranty claim, the customer will be responsible for return freight costs. -
Pre-Approved Authorization
Align-Pilates will not accept returns without a pre-approved authorization number. This must be clearly marked on the package.
Limitation of Liability:
This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, express or implied. Align-Pilates and its distributors are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Customer Responsibilities Before Ordering
Ensure the item(s) can fit the intended space and can be moved through doors, corridors, and staircases in its packaging. Returns due to sizing issues are the customer’s responsibility (applicable only for returnable products).
Shipping Information
- Shipping Times: In stock items ship within 2-3 business days. Custom-made or out of stock products may take up to 12+ weeks before shipping.
- Lead Times: Shipping times may extend during holidays, rush periods, or due to supplier backlogs. In such cases, we will inform you via email for your permission to proceed.
- Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary and are not guaranteed. Details can be found on each product page.

- Address Changes: Once an order has shipped, address changes are not permitted. Returns due to address changes will incur fees as per our policy.
- Freight Shipping: Some products require insured freight shipping, which differs from standard ground shipping. All shipments are delivered curbside by default.

- Tracking Information: Within 24 hours of dispatch, we’ll send tracking details to your email. If you don’t receive this information within the estimated shipping time, please contact us.

Deliveries
- Freight Carrier Deliveries: These require scheduling a delivery appointment. It’s the customer’s responsibility to schedule this with the carrier.
- Appointment Flexibility: Appointments are subject to change and not guaranteed. We recommend proactive communication with the carrier.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations due to delivery issues are not accepted. We rely on the freight company to resolve any shipping issues.
- Adult Presence Required: Someone over 18 must be present to receive the shipment and sign the Bill of Lading.
Receiving Freight Shipments
- Box Count: Verify you have all boxes as per the Bill of Lading. Report any discrepancies immediately.
- Inspect for Damage: Check for visible damage before accepting delivery. Note any damage on the Bill of Lading.
- Liability: Failure to report damage at the time of delivery waives your right to file shipping insurance claims.
Installation and Color Disclaimers
- Professional Installation: Available for an additional fee and performed by external parties. We are not liable for any installation-related damages.
- Color Variations: Actual product colors may vary from online images. We suggest requesting a color sample before purchase. Returns based on color differences are not accepted.

- Manufacturer’s Policy: In cases of policy omission, the manufacturer’s policy will apply.

How Can I Return a Product I Purchased?
At Elite Holistic Fitness, we are committed to ensuring that all our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases and the customer service we provide. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs incurred to and from your location, even if the item was marked "Free Shipping."
Return Conditions:
- All returned items must be in brand-new condition and packaged in their original carton(s) to be accepted.
- If an item is returned that does not meet these guidelines, it may be subject to refusal.
- Some returns may also be subject to a restocking fee.

What is included with my C8-Pro Pilates Reformer?
The C8-Pro includes all necessary springs, ropes, and handles for immediate use after assembly. All our commercial reformers also come with a complimentary foot strap.
What is the Rapid Change (RC) Spring Bar and how does it differ from a normal spring bar?
The Rapid Change (RC) Spring Bar is the newest patent-pending spring bar from Align-Pilates. A traditional spring bar is used in conjunction with a separate carriage stopper, which can take up to 12 actions to change on a 5-spring reformer. The RC Spring Bar features integral carriage stoppers and is adjusted with the springs attached, so it can be moved with one hand in a single action, saving 3 to 11 additional actions every time you move the spring bar. The RC spring bar is a game-changer in group reformer classes. It also prevents incorrect carriage stopper positions and the possibility of leaving your springs in a stressed position, which will reduce their life and performance. Watch the video here!

When choosing the right leg height for your reformer, consider personal preference, client comfort, and ease of use. For standing exercises, users might feel more stable closer to the ground. All A & C series Reformers come standard with low legs but can be adjusted to a higher setting anytime if needed.

How will my reformer be delivered?
Reformers are typically delivered on a pallet to your driveway or the front of the building. The driver will unload the reformer for you, then you will need to take it into your home or studio from there. Some assembly is required, but you can find detailed instructions in both the User Manual and on our YouTube channel. As a standard practice, suitable access for van or truck deliveries is necessary.
