All new UltraLux Comfort Plus Hyperbaric Chambers (including units labeled “New – Visual Defect”) include a 3-Year Limited Warranty covering major parts and components.
Coverage Breakdown
• Year 1: Full coverage (repair or replacement, including shipping)
• Years 2–3: Limited coverage (repair of the unit only; shipping and full unit replacement are not included)
Warranty Conditions & Exclusions
• Coverage applies only to components originally sold and shipped by Ultralux Health
• Oxygen masks and tubing are considered disposable items and are not covered
• Unauthorized repairs, disassembly, or modifications will void the warranty
• Only approved maintenance (such as air filter replacement) should be performed unless otherwise directed by Ultralux Health support
• Failure to follow proper setup, inflation, and operating instructions outlined in the User Manual may void warranty coverage
Limitation of Liability
By purchasing and using the UltraLux Comfort Plus Hyperbaric Chamber, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the product must be used strictly in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and manufacturer guidelines.
Ultralux Health, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use, misuse, installation, or operation of the product, including but not limited to:
• Personal injury
• Loss of use
• Loss of profits
• Property damage
The Buyer assumes full responsibility for safe and proper use, including:
• Ensuring all operators are properly trained and qualified
• Following all safety protocols and operational guidelines
In all cases, Ultralux Health’s total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
No Medical Claims or Warranties
UltraLux Comfort Plus Hyperbaric Chambers are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Ultralux Health makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding:
• Medical efficacy
• Suitability for any specific medical or therapeutic purpose
• Health outcomes or results from use
Indemnification
By purchasing and using this product, the Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ultralux Health, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all:
• Claims
• Liabilities
• Losses
• Damages
• Expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees)
arising from or related to the use or misuse of the product.
Return Policy (HBOT)
• All returns are subject to a 20% deduction
(15% restocking fee + 5% cleaning fee)
• Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including delivery and return
• Returns must be approved and are subject to inspection
International Orders
• All international HBOT sales are final
• Returns are not accepted

The Silver Plan extends your HBOT warranty by one additional year, providing reliable, essential protection.
Includes:
• +1 year of extended coverage
• Parts and repairs for covered components
• Refurbished replacement if required
• One-time replacement eligibility in cases of misuse (per policy guidelines)
• Coverage begins from original purchase date
• 7-day cancellation window
Gold Plan
The Gold Plan extends your HBOT warranty by two additional years and delivers a higher level of service, support, and protection.
Includes:
• +2 years of extended coverage
• Full replacement with a brand-new unit when required
• Priority customer support (front-of-line service)
• All Silver Plan benefits
Exclusive HBOT Benefit:
• Complimentary HBOT cleaning service
Additional Terms:
• Coverage begins from original purchase date
• 7-day cancellation window
Shipping & Service Transparency
Your warranty experience should feel as seamless as your product.
• Ultralux Health covers return shipping when sending your unit in for service
• Customers are responsible for outbound shipping of replacement units
