Summit to Sea warrants their products and accessories against defect for two years from delivery date. The warranty covers parts and labor to repair the Summit to Sea system. Summit to Sea, at their option and sole discretion, will repair or replace the warranty item. The warranty does not cover damage as a result of misuse or unauthorized modification. Shipping to and from Summit to Sea is the customer's responsibility.

 

Summit to Sea has always and will continue to cover all components on their chambers - including zipper, windows, seams, valves, hoses... in other words if it came from Summit to Sea we will stand behind their product.

 

Extended warranties are available for purchase anytime within the two-year warranty period. The extended warranties also cover all components on the chamber - including zipper, windows, seams, valves, hoses, etc.

Ensure the item(s) can fit the intended space and can be moved through doors, corridors, and staircases in its packaging. Returns due to sizing issues are the customer’s responsibility (applicable only for returnable products).

  • Shipping Times: Custom-made products may take up to 4-12 weeks before shipping.
  • Lead Times: Shipping times may extend during holidays, rush periods, or due to supplier backlogs. In such cases, we will inform you via email for your permission to proceed.
  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary and are not guaranteed. Details can be found on each product page.
  • Shipping Restrictions: We ship within the USA, excluding PO Boxes, military addresses, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska. For quotes to AK, HI, PR, military bases, or international locations, email support@eliteholisticfitness.com
  • Address Changes: Once an order has shipped, address changes are not permitted. Returns due to address changes will incur fees as per our policy.
  • Freight Shipping: Some products require insured freight shipping, which differs from standard ground shipping. All shipments are delivered curbside by default.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations due to delivery issues are not accepted. We rely on the freight company to resolve any shipping issues.
  • Adult Presence Required: Someone over 18 must be present to receive the shipment and sign the Bill of Lading.

 

Receiving Freight Shipments

  • Box Count: Verify you have all boxes as per the Bill of Lading. Report any discrepancies immediately.
  • Inspect for Damage: Check for visible damage before accepting delivery. Note any damage on the Bill of Lading.
  • Liability: Failure to report damage at the time of delivery waives your right to file shipping insurance claims.

 

Installation and Color Disclaimers

  • Professional Installation: Available for an additional fee and performed by external parties. We are not liable for any installation-related damages.

How Can I Return a Product I Purchased?

Summit to Sea is so confident in the quality and ergonomics of our products, they offer an unconditional return policy. If, for any reason, you decide to return your product within the first 15 days from delivery simply call or email us and we will gladly refund the purchase price of the chamber minus original shipping charges.

A full refund will be issued provided the chamber is received in its original condition as delivered to you. In the event the chamber is returned damaged, dirty, or missing components there will be a charge to bring the chamber back to the original condition. The customer accepts responsibility for the cost of shipping the product back to Summit to Sea.

 

Return Conditions:

  • All returned items must be in brand-new condition and packaged in their original carton(s) to be accepted.
  • If an item is returned that does not meet these guidelines, it may be subject to refusal.
  • Some returns may also be subject to a restocking fee.

 

Return Authorization:
