Commercial Model: Qoolpod extends the following 1 Year Warranty.
The warranty includes replacing parts shown to have defects in materials or workmanship of any parts manufactured or supplied by Qoolpod. This warranty covers defects or malfunctions that arise during normal use conditions.
The warranty does not cover damage due to poor water chemistry, neglected filter care and replacement, freezing conditions, power outages, lack of attention to low water flow, or any other form of neglect, misuse, or abuse.
All components covered under this warranty are warrantied for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery. The Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser. The customer is responsible for any shipping-related costs and completing the repairs.
This warranty is automatically void if Qoolpod determines that the product has been altered, abused, neglected, or in any other way improperly used or treated. The customer is responsible for regular maintenance of the product. Any problems or failures arising from failure to provide proper maintenance, water chemistry/balance will void this warranty. Using improper or harsh cleaning agents will also void this warranty. This warranty will be void if the customer uses any replacement parts or accessories not genuine or original to the unit or provided by Qoolpod.
Qoolpod assumes no liability or responsibility for incidental, consequential or other damage including, but not limited to , removal of a deck or other custom fixture(s) and structures, transportation or shipping charges, telephone charges, rental of a like product during the time warranty parts or service is being obtained, travel, loss or damage to personal property and loss of revenue, use, time or convenience resulting from the use of the Qoolpod covered by this warranty.
