What is the Return Policy?
- Most non-Bloc products (excluding all Blocs and the Infinity Bloc Booster Capsule) may be returned within 30 days if they are in new, unused condition and are not marked as final sale.
- Leela Quantum Capsules (excluding the Infinity Bloc Booster Capsule) also include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, allowing returns even if you're simply not satisfied. Return approval is required before sending the product back.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
- Infinity Blocs, Travel Blocs, Quantum Blocs, Grand Blocs, and the Infinity Bloc Booster Capsule are non-returnable.
- The only exception is if the item arrives with visible shipping damage, which must be photographed and reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Final Sale & Promotional Items
- Final sale items cannot be returned.
- Products purchased during major promotional events (such as Black Friday, Valentine's Day, or similar sales) are generally final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
