All Cryonick Wellness Technology Factory products carry a standard one (1) year manufacturers warranty that covers the body, motors, and parts. Additionally, customers can get option with unlimited after warranty service.

Warranty Periods

• Standard one-year warranty covering the body, motors, and parts.
• Option for unlimited after-warranty service available.
• Specific warranty periods:
  • Structural Frame/Body: 2 years
  • Motors: 1 year
  • Mechanical and Electrical Parts: 1 year
  • High Wear Console Items (headphone jacks, USB connectors): 90 days
  • Color/touch screens and media connectors: 90 days
  • Product Labor: 1 year

Warranty Claim Process

• Notify the manufacturer or authorized distributor within 30 days of discovering any nonconformity.
• The affected product must be made available for inspection by the manufacturer or service representative.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to misuse or improper handling: Including operation contrary to intended purpose, mechanical damage, or failure to follow proper maintenance procedures.
• Force majeure events: Fire, flood, lightning, or other natural disasters.
• Unauthorized modifications: Changes, repairs, or installations made by non-authorized personnel.
• Wear-and-tear items: Cords, plugs, switches, batteries, belts, skirts, rolls, pedals, jets, decorative strips, mats, and other consumables subject to normal usage.
• Cosmetic issues or consumable goods: Scratches, scuffs, or non-functional aesthetic items.
• Exclusions due to negligence: Noncompliance with manuals, improper cleaning, or operation in unsuitable environments (e.g., extreme humidity or temperature).
• Specific exclusions: Software updates, defects not affecting core functionality, rust or corrosion, missing/altered serial numbers, and third-party damages.
• Non-standard parts: Equipment fitted with unauthorized or non-OEM parts.
• Service-related costs: Pickup, delivery, and labor costs beyond the warranty period are excluded.

Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty is void if:

• The defect arises from mechanical, thermal, or chemical damage caused by the user.
• Non-compliant manuals, cleaning methods, or incompatible consumables are used.
• The equipment is subject to deliberate misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation.
• The product is operated in unsuitable environments or outside its intended purpose.

Technical Support

• Support requests must be submitted via email.
• Technical support is available during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM–5:30 PM PST).
• Service appointments must be booked via email or phone.
• For minor repairs requiring only part replacement, parts will be sent for easy installation by the user.
• Support claims must include:
  • Recipient's details.
  • Installation location and date.
  • Confirmation of receiving the product with the instruction manual and no quality objections.
• Third-party service reimbursements are not covered.

Warranty Conditions and Restrictions

• The warranty is valid only if:
  • The product is serviced by an authorized provider or distributor.
  • The product remains in the original purchaser's possession with proof of purchase.
  • Claims are made within the warranty period.
• The warranty excludes damage caused by:
  • Improper electrical wiring or lack of maintenance.
  • Non-compliant installation or setup by unauthorized personnel.
• Coverage is restricted to the country of purchase and does not cover equipment installed elsewhere.

Disclaimer and Release

• Limited Warranties are the sole warranties provided and supersede all other representations.
• Implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the warranty period.
• The manufacturer disclaims liability for any nonconformance, defect, or damages, including those arising from negligence or tort.

This equipment is for sports recovery, rehabilitation, and for fitness and wellness purposes only. These are not medical products approved by the FDA. Current products can not be used in any advertising descriptions, in any other websites or informative ways, including social media, as statements of healthcare benefits of the equipment. Those who do produce false information on our equipment, will be liable for all or any statements regarding healthcare futures and benefits of equipment that are provided to clients. 

Exclusive Remedies

For warranty claims, the manufacturer may choose to:

1. Repair the product.
2. Replace the product or its parts.
3. Provide a refund for the purchase price.

• Warranty services must be obtained through authorized service centers. A trip charge may apply for services outside standard areas.

Exclusion of Consequential and Incidental Damages

The manufacturer and suppliers are not liable for:

• Property damage, loss of use, revenue, or profits.
• Costs for substitute equipment, capital, or other indirect damages.
• Incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if the warranty fails in its essential purpose.

Note: Some jurisdictions may not allow exclusions or limitations of damages, so these terms may vary.
