BASI Systems™ offers the following limited warranty. This warranty becomes effective on the invoice date of the original purchase and extends for the duration specified in this document. Any parts repaired or replaced under this warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

BASI Systems guarantees that all products will be free from defects in material or workmanship for the duration of the warranty period. If you have a defected product that you believe is covered in this warranty, it is important to follow the proper return procedure. Defective parts that meet the warranty guidelines will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at the sole discretion of BASI Systems in accordance with the following:

• The repair or replacement is due to a manufacturing or material defect.
• The part has been used only for its intended purpose, and the safety, usage, and maintenance guidelines have been followed.
• The defect is not due to normal wear and tear, scratches, tears, or stains to fabric, misuse, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized repairs, or failure to comply with instructions.
• The defect is not caused by exposure to cosmetic oils, harsh chemicals, bleach, industrial fallout, chemical fallout, tree sap, sand, mud, salt, or other abrasive natural or chemical substances.
• The defect is not due to submersion in water, indoor flooding, or fire damage.
• The part is owned by the original retail purchaser, and proof of purchase is provided. The warranty is not transferable.
• The claim is made within the applicable warranty period.
• If any box/product damage or missing box/part is noticed at the time of delivery, it must be documented on the Proof of Delivery document; otherwise, BASI Systems™ will not accept any liability. A claim for damaged or missing boxes/parts must be made within five (5) business days of delivery with this signed Proof of Delivery document.

Warranty Period

Exclusions of warranty

• The equipment is intended only for Pilates exercises; any other uses fall outside the scope of the warranty.
• Damages and claims arising from failure to comply with the safety, maintenance, cleaning, storage, and usage guidelines.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification, transportation, or unauthorized repairs.
• Continued use of any damaged parts.
• BASI Systems™ assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the resale of its products by the customer.
• Failure to replace springs on spring-loaded equipment every two (2) years or after 3,000 hours of use, whichever comes first, may void this warranty.
• Exposure to direct sunlight or any kind of heat may damage BASI Systems™ equipment and is not covered under the warranty.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is exclusive and supersedes all other warranties, whether expressed or implied. BASI Systems™ shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
